If you’ve been running on empty, holding too much, or feeling slightly disconnected from your own rhythm, this evening is for you.

Join me for a 90 minute Sound Healing experience designed to support deep relaxation, expansion, and genuine inner balance.

This is a space to slow down properly. To soften. To settle fully into your own body and presence.

We begin with somatic regulation, gently bringing awareness through the body and nervous system. Through steady, guided breath and mindful attention, your system moves out of mental overdrive and into a grounded, receptive state.

From there, we move into heart coherence breathwork, a simple, steady rhythm that aligns the heart and brain, creating internal steadiness and preparing your system to receive the sound more deeply.

Next, you’ll engage in intention setting, reflecting quietly on what you are ready to return to within yourself. This is not about fixing or forcing anything, just noticing what feels ready to be realigned or restored.

Once your system is settled, the sound journey begins.

Layered frequencies from crystal bowls, gong, drum, and subtle tonal instruments move through the space, guiding you into deeper states of rest, release, and recalibration.

Each session follows a clear arc while remaining responsive to the energy in the room. No two experiences are ever exactly the same.

This experience supports:

  • Deep physical and emotional unwinding
  • Nervous system regulation and genuine rest
  • Meditative and dream-like states
  • Energetic recalibration and grounding
  • A renewed sense of clarity, calm, and embodied presence

What to bring:

  • Yoga mat or something comfortable to lay on it’s very important for you to be comfortable, warm and to be able to relax into the experience
  • Pillow/cushion
  • Blanket
  • Eye pillow/eye mask/scarf to cover your eyes
  • Water bottle
  • Wear comfortable warm clothing as your body temperature will also drop while in meditation

Schedule:

ARRIVAL - doors open 6:15pm - Please arrive on time.

The doors will close at 6:28pm ready to start promptly at 6.30pm sharp.

Once the doors are closed you will not be able to enter.
