• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the event will receive a full refund or credit towards a future session.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the event are non-refundable, as preparation and setup costs are incurred in advance.
  • If you need to cancel or resecheule, please contact Andrea via text message on 0459 481 330.
  • If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another person by notifying Andrea before the session begins.
  • If Andrea needs to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
  • No refunds will be issued for non-attendance without prior communication.
