• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the event will receive a full refund or credit towards a future session.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the event are non-refundable, as preparation and setup costs are incurred in advance.
  • Bookings are non-transferable.
  • Credits issued for cancellations are non-transferable and must be used by the original booking holder.

  • If Andrea needs to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
