Sound Healing Meditation – Evening Session

Let the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments help you unwind, while gentle energy work flows through your system. This deeply restorative session blends ancient sound therapy with intuitive energy healing to guide your mind and body into a state of deep relaxation and balance.
Feel the calming vibrations wash over you, supporting your well-being physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Many people report feeling more centred, peaceful, and recharged after a session. You might drift into a restful state, experience vivid visualisations, or receive powerful insights, every journey is uniquely your own.
Take this sacred time for yourself. Realign. Reset. Receive.
Bookings are essential as spaces are limited!! Bookings online are open 7 days before the event.
Items for hire for an additional $10 include: Yoga mats, bolsters, cushions and blankets. Contact Andrea a day before if you are interested.
** Please note - Sounds are powerful, and while they are safe, please inform us if you experience sound induced/epilepsy, serious mental health issues as soon as possible before the day.
WHAT TO BRING:
- Yoga mat or something comfortable to lay on it’s very important for you to be comfortable, warm and to be able to relax into the experience
- Pillow/cushion
- Blanket
- Eye pillow/eye mask/scarf to cover your eyes
- Water bottle
- Wear comfortable warm clothing as your body temperature will also drop while in meditation

SCHEDULE:
ARRIVAL - doors open 6:45pm - Please arrive on time.
The doors will close at 6:55pm ready to start promptly at 7pm sharp.
Once the doors are closed you will not be able to enter.
7pm - Sound Journey 8:15pm - Finish
