** Please note – Sounds are powerful, and while they are safe, please inform us if you experience sound induced/epilepsy, serious mental health issues as soon as possible before the day.
WHAT TO BRING:
- Yoga mat or something comfortable to lay on it’s very important for you to be comfortable, warm and to be able to relax into the experience
- Pillow/cushion
- Blanket
- Eye pillow/eye mask/scarf to cover your eyes
- Water bottle
- Wear comfortable warm clothing as your body temperature will also drop while in meditation

SCHEDULE:
Evening Session: doors open at 6:45pm
Please arrive on time. The doors will close at 6:55pm and ready to start promptly at 7pm sharp. Once the doors are closed you will not be able to enter.
